Who we are

Yarvo helps local businesses get found on Google — optimizing your Google Business Profile listing, replying to customers, and keeping your profile active. By paying for and using the service, you agree to these terms. [PLACEHOLDER — legal entity name and registered address.]

The service

Yarvo is an AI-native Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization service. Once you connect your Google Business Profile and grant us the access needed to make changes on your behalf, we work on your listing — its content, photos, posts, and review replies — to help it rank better and convert more visitors into customers.

What you get

The current plan is ₹19,999 for one year of service. It includes:

• Get more reviews
• Reply to all reviews
• 4–5 posts every week
• Upload fresh photos
• Performance analytics

Service scope

We act on your Google Business Profile using only the access you authorize — we do not access or manage your website, ads, social accounts, or any other system unless separately agreed. High-impact changes (such as your business name, primary category, or address) always require your explicit approval before we apply them; routine profile work (posts, photos, review replies, and similar day-to-day updates) is handled automatically as part of the plan.

Google controls its own search and Maps ranking algorithm, and results depend on factors outside our control (your market, competitors, and Google's own changes). [PLACEHOLDER — any explicit non-guarantee-of-ranking disclaimer language legal wants here.]

Payment

Refunds & results

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment on a plan — no reason required. Refunds are issued in full to your original payment method; we absorb any payment-gateway fee. To request one, email hello@yarvo.ai within the 7-day window. A refund does not undo changes already made to your live Google Business Profile (posts, photos, replies already sent) — those stay as they are.

We also offer a 90-day ranking guarantee: measured by our scan of your tracked keywords, if your Google rank has not improved from your signup baseline within 90 days of payment, you get a 100% refund — even after the 7-day window above has closed.

Renewal charges are not covered by this 7-day window. You can cancel any time before your renewal date to avoid being charged again — we'll email you a reminder before it happens.

Beyond the 90-day guarantee above, we do not guarantee a specific ranking position or result — see "Service scope" above.
