Who we are

Yarvo helps local businesses get found on Google and reply to customers. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we use it. Yarvo is operated by Yarvo AI, based in India. You can reach us any time at nikita@yarvo.ai.

Message us on WhatsApp

Our “Get early access” / “Book Free Demo” buttons open a WhatsApp chat with a message already typed in — this opens your own WhatsApp app or web client with that message ready to send. Nothing is sent to us until you actually send it.

Once you send that message, it reaches us through our WhatsApp messaging provider. We store your phone number and the text you sent, so we can reply to you and so we can connect your message to the report or offer it was about. Your WhatsApp display name reaches us too, if you have one set. If you go on to use Yarvo as a customer — for example, requesting a free profile report — further information is handled as described elsewhere in this policy.

What we collect

From you: your phone number, your name and email address if you give them to us, the messages you send us, and — if you become a customer — your business details and payment information.

About your business: publicly available information about your listing on Google and similar directories, which is what we use to build your report. We can look this up before you ever contact us, because it is already public.

About your customers, if you use our tools to contact them: their name and phone number, as you enter them, so that we can send the message you asked us to send. We use those details only for that purpose, and we do not market to them ourselves.

Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit (such as device and page views). We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site today; if that changes, this page will say which tools and what they collect before they go live.

Google account data

If you connect your Google Business Profile, Google asks you to grant Yarvo permission to see and manage your business listings, and to see the email address of the Google account you connected. Nothing happens until you approve that screen, and Google shows you exactly what is being asked for.

We use that access for one thing only: working on your own business listing on your behalf. Today that means reading your listing so we can show it to you and tell you what to improve. As we add features, it will also mean making the changes you ask for — updating your profile details, publishing posts, and replying to your reviews. We will not use it for anything else, and we never sell or share it.

The access token Google gives us is stored encrypted. Your connected Google email address is stored encrypted too, and we show it back to you only so you can tell which account is connected.

We keep this access until you take it away or Google ends it. You can take it away yourself at any time, without asking us, at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you do, our stored copy stops working immediately, and we delete it the next time we try to use it. If you would rather we deleted it straight away, email us and we will.

Yarvo's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How your business data is handled

When you use Yarvo as a customer, each business’s data is isolated and encrypted, and it is never shared between businesses. We keep your data for as long as you are a customer. We use a small number of service providers to run Yarvo — hosting, our database, WhatsApp messaging, and the AI models that write drafts — and they only ever handle your data to provide that service to us.

If you want your data deleted, email us at nikita@yarvo.ai and we will remove your account and the information tied to it. Two things we cannot delete, and we would rather say so than promise otherwise: a tamper-proof record of actions taken on your listing, which we keep for security and which is deliberately impossible for anyone here to edit or erase; and the history of reports we have run, which is kept so that earlier and later results stay comparable. Neither contains your messages or your customers' details.
